• I was remiss in not mentioning my self-sacrificing husband. He has been my biggest supporter since day one. He listens and holds me, he books all of my travel, he fights self-serving insurance and rapacious prescription companies on my behalf, he takes over the laundry, dinner, carpools. He advocates for me, supports me and encourages me. He listens. I am eternally grateful for his unselfish devotion to me and his unremitting fight against this elusive, unpredictable and tyrannical illness. Thank you, Chuck, for all of the times I feel gratitude but fail to put it into words. I love you.
